We recommend booking at least 2 hours ahead for a ride within the city, and the day before for an airport transfer or an event. For an immediate pickup, call us directly and we'll do our best to find you a driver quickly.
Yes. For every transfer to or from Roissy-CDG, Orly or Beauvais, we track your actual flight time and adjust your pickup time in case of delay or early arrival, at no extra cost.
You can pay by card, in cash on board, or through monthly invoicing if you hold a BlaBlaTaxify business account.
Yes, you can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time, online or by phone.
